Bio

My username says it all, I must diet or die. At 43 years of age and after a couple of heart attacks, diagnosed with conjestive heart failure, and a minor stroke, I've come to realize my heart can't support the load. Why start a live journal? I think it is better to start one and update it often unlike a web page which in the past I rarely ever updated.
